Clinical Data Integration

Fillmore has focused on the development of large-scale infrastructure to integrate longitudinal clinical records with genomic and imaging data. His work established the Veterans Affairs Precision Oncology Data Repository and the associated Data Commons to synthesize these disparate data streams into a unified national resource. These initiatives facilitate translational research and multi-institutional collaboration to advance precision oncology for the Veteran population.
