His research demonstrates that while electronic health record-based indices show moderate correlation with clinician-led assessments, other established scoring systems may suffer from ceiling effects that limit their clinical sensitivity. These findings highlight the necessity for validated, scalable tools that accurately differentiate frailty levels to guide geriatric care and clinical decision-making.
