Learning Health Systems
Fillmore has focused on the development of scalable infrastructure to integrate real-world data and predictive modeling directly into clinical oncology workflows. Through the BRIDGE and ENTHRALL frameworks, he and his collaborators have demonstrated that Learning Health Systems can rapidly deploy evidence-based tools, such as lung cancer screening prioritizations, across multiple healthcare sites. This work establishes a model for translating algorithmic insights into routine care, particularly when randomized clinical trial data are unavailable.
