Logistic Regression

Fillmore has extensively employed logistic regression to identify independent predictors of adverse clinical outcomes across oncology and infectious disease. His work includes the use of adjusted odds ratios to determine risk factors for severe COVID-19 in vaccinated and immunocompromised populations, as well as the drivers of rare malignancies such as acral and uveal melanoma. Through these analyses, he has quantified the impact of comorbidities, environmental exposures, and screening frequency on disease progression and mortality.
