Lymphoma

Fillmore has focused on improving the management of venous thromboembolism in patients with lymphoma. He developed and validated a multi-institutional clinical risk assessment model that utilizes histology, body mass index, and treatment history to predict thrombotic risk. This work provides a framework for personalized risk stratification to help clinicians prevent dangerous blood clots during systemic therapy.
