Multiple Myeloma

Fillmore has extensively investigated prognostic biomarkers and health disparities in patients with multiple myeloma, identifying that low platelet, lymphocyte, and monocyte counts are associated with inferior overall survival. His research emphasizes the impact of frailty and multimorbidity on clinical outcomes, demonstrating that intensive three-drug regimens may be more effective for moderately to severely frail patients.
